The problem of credit card fraud in the Internet is wide spread. What is not often publicized is that the most common cases of credit card fraud are from employees within a company, not hackers lurking between the coded realms of cyberspace.
Because of this fact, Black Hawk Tobacco, Inc. does not hire anyone other than family members or long-time friends. Consequently, we are always short of staff and have difficulty keeping up with the demands of our new customers.
To be able to process our orders successfully, we limit our phone hours to 6 hours each day. We realize this is an unacceptable situation. Unfortunately, if we did not limit our phone hours, we would not have time to pack and mail our products.
